Born in Huddersfield, she attended art school
there and at Leeds before studying under W P
Robins at the Central School of Arts and Crafts.
She gained medals at the Paris Salon and
exhibited at the R.A. and R.S.A. She also
exhibited in South Africa and the U.S.A. and has
work in the British Museum print room collection,
Bradford Art Gallery and elsewhere.
